Located just off the M-55 on the edge of the beautiful Huron-Manistee National Forests in Irons, Michigan, Irons RV Park and Campground is a 10-acre, family-owned and operated campground with 68 sites, including 46 full hook-up sites, 20 water and electric sites, 2 cabin rentals, 1 Montana 5th wheel rental, and plenty of room for tent camping. Additionally, our campground offers a newly remodeled store with a sitting area and merchandise for sale; immaculate bath houses, showers, laundry facilities, and pool; recreational activities such as volleyball, teatherball, horseshoes, and children’s play area; nearby access to ORV trails; and a surrounding community filled with stunning lakes and beaches for boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and much more! Together, Irons RV Park and Campground is your Northern Michigan destination for fun and relaxation for the entire family!
The Witucki Family of Manistee, Michigan are the proud owners and operators of Irons RV Park and Campground. Having been in customer service industries professionally; their passion for serving others, love for camping, and desire to create a fun and relaxing environment for all sparked their quest to purchase the campground in 2019.
Irons RV Park and Campground is located in Lake County, Michigan and is within short driving distances of many of Northern Michigan’s nostalgic and majestic offerings. Our campground offers immediate access without trailering your ORV to miles-and-miles of ORV trails. The city of Irons (Home of the Irons Flea Roast & Ox Market, The World Famous Dublin Store & Meat Market, and Fawn Crest Golf Course) and resort communities such as Manistee (boasting beautiful beaches with direct access to Lake Michigan, spectacular sunsets, great fishin’, and The Little River Casino) and Traverse City (Home of the Cherry Capital of the World, Lake Michigan Beach, host of many festivals and shopping experiences, and voted “Best Lake Beach Town in America”), amongst others are neighboring communities that offer campers from across the country unique Michigan experiences. Recreationally, Irons RV Park and Campground is within minutes of Bass, Elbow, Harper, and Sand Lakes, all of which offer activities like boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and fishing respectively. Limitless rivers and streams are nearby, including the famous Pine River, Little and Big Manistee Rivers, and Pere Marquette River; each of which offer their own unique scenery and opportunity for rafting, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. The Mackinac Bridge (“The Mighty Mac”) and Mackinac Island are just a short three hour drive from our campground! Cabin and RV Rentals
We have 2 beautiful cabins, Bella Retreat (on map-BR1), and Paradise Cove (PC12). These cabins are climate controlled and include a TV, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and grill. A fully-refundable $100 security deposit and the equivalent of one nights rent is due at time of booking. Balance due upon check-in. There is a two night minimum stay.
We have a Montana 5th Wheel RV for rent. This unit sleeps up to 6 persons and includes big screen TV, fridge, microwave and more. A fully refundable $200 security deposit is required and there is a two night minimum stay.
Cabin and Montana 5th Wheel Rental Cancellation Policy: If canceled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will lose your deposit. HOWEVER, if you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will lose the entire reservation. Please make sure you are certain with your rental dates prior to booking to avoid the loss.
